Réka Kékes is a somatic sexologist, author of The Art of Orgasm and a committed advocate of orgasmic self-liberation. She is the founder and activist of the Essense Sensual Life Culture and Movement and the Sex Positive Association. She is an advocate and leader of the Rituii spirituality and philosophy of life and a creative developer and inventor of unique sexual, sensual awakening tools. Through her online and live sexual self-awareness programs and professional trainings, she has enabled the creation of a quality sexuality and erotic new culture for others.

About me

I'm Réka Kékes, an experiential and bodywork-oriented somatic sexologist, sexual developer and bodyworker. Those of you who know me know that I have committed myself with total dedication and passion to the topics of body awareness, intimacy and erotic-sexual self-awareness. I have spent over eleven thousand hours researching and teaching sexual self-awareness. I have also developed professional training courses, because my experiences have led me to the realisation that unlocking the creative potential of sexuality is a life-changing opportunity for all, if one understands that the true nature of sexuality can be discovered and fulfilled in a body- and sex-positive framework by professionals who are properly qualified and truly 'reworked' in sexual self-awareness.

Currently, in my everyday life, I work with individuals and people living in relationships in individual, couple and group settings. I support them in experiencing and expanding their sovereign and autonomous perspectives of their sexuality, within a truly experience- and practice-oriented framework. My work is defined by various contemporary methods developing body awareness, and other body-based self-awareness or bodywork techniques, which enable the reinterpretation and integration of traditional approaches for today's people.
